The Cabinet Secretary for Communities and Children will be making a statement on Resilient Communities.
The Cabinet Secretary for Environment and Rural Affairs will be making a statement on the Oil Spill at Nantycaws, Carmarthenshire as the last item of business before voting time.
On Tuesday, Voting Time would be after the final item of business. On Wednesday, Business Committee agreed that Voting Time would take place before the Short Debate.

Business Managers agreed to schedule a debate on the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee’s (CLAC) report on the UK Government's Wales Bill.
Based on information provided by the Chair of CLAC that the Wales Bill will be the subject of a Legislative Consent Motion and debate in due course, Business Managers agreed that no amendments should be tabled to the take note motion.
Business Managers agreed in principle to refer the Public Health (Wales) Bill to the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee (HSCS) for Stage 1 consideration.
Business Managers agreed to defer a decision on the Bill’s timetable until a future meeting to allow for consultation with the HSCS Committee.
Business Managers considered draft guidance to be issued to Members prior to the introduction of ’90 second statements’ and agreed for the guidance to be circulated to Members subject to some revisions.
The Committee agreed to schedule the first of such statements on Wednesday 2 November.
Business Managers considered a paper summarising the reforms made during the fourth Assembly and the recommendations made by its predecessor committee on a review of Oral Assembly Questions, alongside a paper on introducing Topical Questions.
Business Managers requested that the Clerk work with Government officials to clarify comparative figures with other legislatures and for a revised paper to be brought before the Committee in mid November.
